THEORY & STRUCTURE

With the technology of heat transferring,enclosed within the probe is placed within the heating module and infection module, probe heat conduction and the measured medium velocity are closely related when the medium in the pipeline flow within steady flow velocity, module received by the heating sensor module is a fix value. When the flow velocity of flowing through the probe changes, thermal modules will be reported subsequent changes in the temperature difference signal, the processor will output the result of the corresponding velocity.

INSTALLATION

Basic installation is to be inserted into the pipeline, and fully contact with the probe measured medium.actually, installation should following principles as bellow:
Level installation:
When installed in a horizontal pipe upper end, should ensure that the media is full pipe, to prevent the probe only on exposure to air and without contact the medium.
Reversal installation:
When installed in the horizontal pipe at the lower end, should ensure that the pipe bottom do not precipitate, lest the probe is sediment covered to fully contact the medium.
Side installation:
When installed on the pipeline side, the position should be installed to avoid sediment and air.
Upright installation:
When mounted vertically, should be installed from down to top of flow pipe.
