THEORY & STRUCTURE

Material level switch made of sensor unit and electrical unit.Sensor unit include three parts:measuring detector pole、shaded pole and connect ground pole,the height of material level reflect the admittance change between connect ground pole and container wall.When the material level arrive the switch working point,electrical unit make reaction, drive relay action, output switch signal .Shaded pole can prevent making wrong action signal because of the electrode hanging materials.Only when material level really arrive the set point,output switch control signal.

Radio frequency admittance material level switch adopt advanced radio frequency admittance technology,overcome the shortcoming that capacitive-type material level switch can’t eliminate the conductance hanging material influence.
