THEORY,STRUCTURE

Resistance spin type material level switch uses mini-moto as drive device,drive shaft connected with clutch .When not connect with material level,moto operate normally,when the vane contact with material level,moto stop to operate,detection device output a junction signal, cut off the power supply and stop turning at the same time.When material level drop, the resistance of vane disappear, detection device depend on the torsion return to the orignal status.

CHARACTERISTICS

With mechanical overload protection,when the vane bear overweight load,moto turning organization automatic to skid, protect to not damaged.
Unique oil seal design ,can prevent the dust belong the shaft to infiltrate.
