FETURES

Can be 2-way respons of flow with or without flow state. Provides two kinds of the blade length .Paddle in the installation process to be trimmed, to make sure the switch in the setting of flow action.When the pipeline flow increased, paddle beginning around the axis of rotation of the switch process, which produces a pressure drop is < 3PSIG (0.21bar).

FUNCTIONS

By detecting the pipeline has or no flow to open or close a circuit. It is usually used in heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, water treatment, water supply, industrial added system and etc. Can control equipment such as: water pump, compressor, combustor, cold water machine, electric valve, alarm equipment, industrial attached equipment and etc; In the heating system, its role is particularly important, when the boiler system backwater flow too low or no flow, it can be quickly closed burner boiler system, to prevent dry burning, over temperature, avoid the frequent involvement of other temperature control element.

On the above table all of flow testing is the switch is arranged in a standard type of “T” joint on. For diameter >5″ in the application of flow rate caculation .a full-length 5″ blades can be at make switching action about 0.5 feet /sec rate .
