Principle & Structure

KAP50 is based on ceramic capacitor technology. When the pressure increases, the pressure value applied to the ceramic capacitor increases, making the capacitance value increase, and the capacitance value is proportional to the pressure value.

Features

● Flange installation, strong overload capacity

● Good stability, due to 0.1% of full scale per year

● Long life, can be used for continuous monitoring of liquid level

● Strong anti-interference ability, extremely high precision and repeatability can reach 0.2, 0.5 grades

● 4-20mA/1-5 analog output optional;

● The zero point and full scale can be adjusted on site. The ceramic measuring interface has good corrosion resistance.

application

Suitable for pressure monitoring of medium and large tanks. It is suitable for viscous and slurry-like media, strong corrosive liquids, and particulate-rich media, and is not easy to block. Mainly used in wastewater / water purification, shipbuilding, generator equipment, petrochemical, food, electronics, dyeing and finishing, chemistry, rubber and plastics, hydraulic machinery, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
